Web Hosting

I. Service Usage

  1. You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
    • Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activities
    • Hosting or transmitting any malicious software, viruses, or malware.
    • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails from our servers
    • Overloading our servers or network with excessive bandwidth usage
    • Host pornography, obscene material, or content that promotes illegal activities

II. Data Backup and Security

  1. While we perform daily backups of your website data, it is your sole responsibility to maintain a separate backup of your data
  2. We are not liable for data loss caused by third-party software, user actions, or events beyond our control
  3. If your domain is hosted with a third party and gets hacked, we are not liable for any resulting damages or disruptions

III. Intellectual Property

  1. You retain ownership of all content uploaded to your website. However, you grant us the right to host and display the content as necessary to deliver our services
  2. You are responsible for ensuring that your website content complies with all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws

IV. Payment and Billing

  1. Payments are required at the time of purchase and can be made via Cash, GPay, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer
  2. Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in the suspension or termination of your account and services

V. Termination

  1. If you fail to pay any fees by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services
  2. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or if we believe there is a risk to the integrity of our service

VI. Uptime

  1. We commit to providing [e.g., 99.9%] uptime for our servers, calculated on a monthly basis. This uptime percentage means the total minutes in a month minus the total minutes of downtime, divided by the total minutes in the month
  2. Definitions
    • Scheduled Maintenance: Planned downtime for server updates or upgrades, typically conducted during off-peak hours to minimize impact. Notifications will be provided at least 48 hours in advance
    • Emergency Maintenance: Unplanned maintenance required to resolve critical issues. We will attempt to notify customers promptly, but prior notice may not be possible
    • Downtime: Periods when services are unavailable or unresponsive due to issues within our control, excluding Scheduled Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance, or other exclusions outlined below
  3. Exclusions from Uptime Commitment
    • Downtime resulting from the following does not count towards our uptime commitment:
    • Scheduled or Emergency Maintenance
    • Customer equipment or third-party software issues
    • Network issues outside our data center
    • Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions
    • Customer-caused outages or interruptions due to configuration errors, scripts, or other alterations

VII. Changes to Services and Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify our services and these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or website notifications. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

Cloud Storage

I. Service Usage

    • Storing or distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
    • Engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights
    • Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful software
    • Excessive or abusive usage that disrupts the service for other users

II. Data Backup and Security

  1. While we provide data redundancy and backups, it is your responsibility to maintain additional backups of your data
  2. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we are not liable for data loss or breaches caused by factors outside our control

III. Intellectual Property
